By purchasing or registering for any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Event Registrations ("Signature Strides")
Event logistics are locked in well before race day, which means every confirmed slot sets off detailed planning on our side.
- No Refunds: Registration fees cannot be refunded, including in cases of non-attendance, schedule changes, or personal injury.
- No Transfers or Deferrals: Entries are personal and non-transferable. "Bib-swapping" is strictly prohibited for safety and liability reasons.
- Event Cancellation (by PFS): In the event of cancellation or postponement due to extreme conditions or force majeure, we may, at our discretion, offer a deferral to a rescheduled or future event. Refunds will not be issued.
- Event Alteration: We may adjust course details, distances, or schedules without prior notice if circumstances demand it.
