• Refunds: Fees remain non-refundable and non-transferable per our Refund Policy.
• Use of Likeness: Participation grants PFS the right to use your name, voice, and imagery for promotional purposes without compensation.

3. Coaching & Nutrition Services ("Personal Performance Hub")

• Services: Coaching content is informational and not medical advice.
• Health Disclaimer: Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any program. Participation is at your own risk.
• Payments: Service fees are billed in advance for one-time or subscription engagements.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Refer to the Refund Policy for all cancellation terms and eligibility.

4. Merchandise Sales ("The Gear Grid")

• Product Descriptions: We aim for accuracy, though occasional discrepancies may occur.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice.
• Returns & Refunds: Merchandise purchases are governed by the Refund Policy, with returns limited to damaged, defective, incorrect, or approved size exchanges.
